BD CultureSwab Rayon Swabs

CultureSwab collection and transport swabs from BD consist of soft rayon which is non-toxic to microorganisms and patients. These swabs are packed carefully in a foil wrap and filled with nitrogen gas prior to closure, all to prevent oxidation during storage. They are also individually wrapped in a waterproof film that protects from evaporation. Each one features unique security caps that form a watertight seal and a large polyurethane sponge reservoir. The rounded bottom tube design allows for easy fitting into traditional racks for processing.
