Syngauze 50 gauze sponges from Henry Schein are non-woven gauze sponges for general-use. Each one is constructed from a 70% rayon / 30% polyester blend that is 47-50% more absorbent than traditional 12-ply gauze. Due to the ability to absorb 10 times its weight, these 4-ply sponges will help your facility reduce the required number of materials used. A non-raveling, lint free mesh helps minimize lint contamination while remaining soft and pliable to prevent irritation due to mucosa.
