Discoid-Cleoid Carver Dental Instruments from Hu-Friedy are perfect for use during restoration procedures. Each one contains one end with a pointed spade shape (cleoid) for carving and a rounded shape (discoid) for removing material.
These instruments should be gently wiped with an alcohol saturated swab or gauze immediately after use. This minimizes thin layers of composite from building up after use and extends the life of the instrument. Afterwards, clean and sterilize each one as recommended in IFU.
