Excavator Dental Instruments from Hu-Friedy are designed for the effective removal of carious dentin.
These instruments should be gently wiped with an alcohol saturated swab or gauze immediately after use. This minimizes thin layers of composite from building up after use and extends the life of the instrument. Afterwards, clean and sterilize each one as recommended in IFU.
