Goldfogel XTS Composite Instruments from Hu-Friedy feature thin, flexible, highly polished blades that are used for composite placement and contouring. Each one also has an Aluminum Titanium Nitride coating, which is consistently harder, smoother and sticks less when compared to traditional titanium coatings.  See Additional Information tab for a more detailed description of each instrument.

Contouring instrument ends should be gently wiped with an alcohol saturated swab or gauze immediately after use. This minimizes thin layers of composite from building up after use and extends the life of the instrument. Afterwards, clean and sterilize each instrument as recommended in IFU.
