Laboratory Spatula Dental Instruments from Hu-Friedy are used to mix materials and great for general lab use. Their wooded handle is not compatible with dry heat sterilization and should instead be autoclave steam sterilized.
These tools should be gently wiped with an alcohol saturated swab or gauze immediately after use. This reduces thin layers of composite from building up after use and extends the life of the tool. Afterwards, clean and sterilize each one as recommended in IFU.
